Support -- Water and sewer bills are going up too fast and a new board of directors is the answer

Oppose -- Sure the City Council has made some bad choices funding 'pet projects,' but Charlie Hales and Nick Fish are restoring confidence

Oppose -- There's nothing to guarantee a new board of directors does anything about high bills

Support -- Water and sewer increases are inevitable, but at least the new board won't be tempted to fund 'pet projects'
