What do you think of the CT Supreme Court ruling?

It's wrong. Horses are not naturally vicious.

I think they did the right thing. Horses are vicious, and owners should take reasonable steps to protect others on their property.

I don't agree that horses are vicious, but I believe owners should take steps to lessen their liability in the event of an accident.
