Do you suffer from Fatigue?

Diagnosed with Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Raynaud's & Gilbert Syndrome I suffered crippling fatigue, brain fog and pain, was constantly cold with cracked skin that wouldn't heal, had stomach and reflux problems, weight loss and unrefreshing sleep. When I heard about gluten free diets being used for ASDs I realised that a lot of my symptoms crossed over with Coeliac disease but wasn't taken seriously by GPs. I changed my diet with miraculous consequences improving most symptoms especially the sleeping and fatigue. I also had high doses of vitamin D due to deficiency. Even blood tests improved.I also have to avoid even gluten free oats though as they cause severe fatigue and brain fog, I am unable to stand up straight, fall over and can't speak, reminding me of some of my old ASD difficulties. I hate to think of anyone else suffering without realising the potential cause.

I have multiple sclerosis and have fatigue daily. I also have problems sleeping at night which doesn't help the fatigue either. I also have chronic pain from 5 bulging discs in my spine. I use fentanyl pain patch for the chronic pain which helps a lot with that, but take loratabs for break through pain. The pain meds may also contribute to the fatigue.

I have MS and the fatigue wants to consume by body daily. Being 44, a mom of 4 and a grandma to 2 and another on the way plus being a personal support worker takes all I have in strength and endurance. I have had sleep deprivation for over 10 yrs now due to the MS and chronic pain. All I can do is power on. I am trying to stay away from medicating. I really do have to learn to take time for myself to relax and rest but find that so hard most times. I'm my own worst enemy because I have made everyone around me think I'm invincible and can handle it all. I'm finding it harder and harder.

I have arthritis in my opposing knee and elbow. There are days when my joints feel tight and uncomfortable, but other days when it's just incredibly painful. When it gets too bad, I pop the tablets, use my microwave heat wrap and rest when possible. Doing support work, full time, with adults with.physical and learning disabilities doesn't give much time to rest, being a single parent, and having 2 dogs that need walking. So I just take each day as it comes, being grateful for my mobility. There are always people worse off than me. I have 2 friends, 1 with fibromyalgia and another with CFD, my daughter has hypermobility, they are in constant pain. xxxx

I suffer from fibro as well as other issues to do with my bones and joints..the pain is constant 24/7 ...think it is a combination of medication and fatigue that I sometimes sit down to watch tv and next minute I waken up and its 2 or 3 hrs later and I cant even remember falling asleep but at least as I say to myself well when Im sleeping im not aware of the pain...but would really love to have a full nights sleep and waken in morning without pain oh what bliss....somedays it takes me all my time to even walk round my house....and I must say here that I only live in a 2 apt.house..in this day and age you would think that the medical world would b able to come up with medication that could stop this constant pain oh well, maybe one day...
