Should the United States ever torture suspected terrorists?
No. It's illegal, immoral, and the United States is better than that.
Yes. But only if it's the only way to get intelligence from foreign terrorists bent on killing Americans.
Not sure. I'd rather not know what CIA or military intelligence officers are doing abroad.
