I think the e-book price should be:
$0.00 - maximum sales drive, take what you get on the physical books
$0.99 - very hard sales drive, still make some money
$1.99 - hard sales drive, making a bit more money
$2.99 - just into the sweet spot band, don't be greedy
$3.99 - the happy place, middle of sweet spot band
$4.99 - upper end of what 94,000 words should command
$5.99 - upper end of sweet spot band for a great book
$8.49 - Go for the max, you can always lower the price if it doesn't sell
