Yes. Vermont's opiate problem is no worse than other places but we're looking bad.
Yes. It's a serious problem regardless and requires serious attention not grandstanding.
No. The only way real action will occur is to take make it a big deal.
No. The national attention just shows that Vermont is once again willing to take on difficult issues that everyone else is ignoring.
No. There's no such thing as bad publicity.
