The people of Seattle wanted the Viaduct keep and repaired, The city and state politicians being smarter than the people decided on the tunnel. Now they want to keep 14 blocks of it for another park. Wasn't there an article the other day on how the city was hurting for money to maintain the 450 + parks they already have.
Better Idea !!!! Why not just pour cement walls around Bertha and put in some
lookout spots and people can stop by and see the biggest Seattle Folly since, well since this city counsil has been elected.
