I'm of the opinion that Bucs should trade up for Manziel. One word to describe him...baller. His presence alone will bring credibility to this franchise that has been a joke since 2002/2003. Mark these words:
Buc fans and Buc brass will regret it if they pass on him.
Mayock has him as his top rated QB, he will bring excitement and talent to the team, and Bucs will be a legitimate force in the NFC. People say he will bring a circus. I have two things to say about that; first, he's dealt with the circus he entire career and still set records in the SEC. Secondly, people are discounting Lovie's ability to focus his team and keep the circus atmospbere out of the locker room.

I'm a big Tampa sports fan, the Lightning, Rays, and Buccaneers. Tennis is my favorite sport, football is my favorite team sport, followed by baseball, and lastly with hockey. Even though I bleed red and pewter, I'd rather attend a Lightning game over any of the other two sports franchises in town. This is based on pure fan experience. When you go to a Lightning game it's an exciting event, and atmosphere. The Bucs have been a boring product on the field for YEARS! Drafting Johnny Manziel would bring some of that rock star atmosphere to Buccaneer Sundays. Drafting Manziel would bring fun to the event and would directly cause me to buy a ticket instead of choosing to just stay at home and watch the games on TV.

IMO I think he is the NFL's new Mike Vick... Seeing over the O-line is going to be a issue plus many other things! We need a focused QB! Not another Mike Williams drama fest...

I agree with everything Gary said if he's there and we don't take a chance on him i will be so piss'd off!
The Buccaneers need a head strong, brash, leader and it is about time to take a chance on getting that players. Manziel will ignite energy into this franchise and bring the Bucs back to national attention. No matter what player you pick their is a chance they bust. But what if he does not and he lights it up? You have a veteran to lean on, take the chance!
