Love your show. Teacher salaries should not be based on student outcome. A quality control can only happen if you have the best raw materials to work with. Teachers work with what ever walks into their classroom. They can not reject damaged children sent by a dysfunctional society. Also statistically such a small number of students is not an accurate reflection of cause and effect.
Why was Indiana surprised that so many teachers were ranked satisfactory? Bad teachers do not stay in the profession. It is hard enough to teach if you are "superior" at the job. Do you expect "needs improvement" doctors or attorneys to stay in business?
