As much as I would like to see Riccardo win I think it would be a terrible decision if they did not disqualify him. The rules have been set and they must apply equally to everyone even if they are terrible rules. the argument should be about changing the new rule, what is done is done. Also Allen the 100kg per hour is PEAK flow rate allowed, not average. average would be much lower.

The rules are there - clearly not followed - 100kg/hr max for the life of the race - it didn't happen - the car and therefore its driver cannot be given a place

The FIA says he "constantly exceeded" the 100L/hr fuel flow rate, then how did he have enough fuel from the 100L tank to complete a 1.5 hour race?
The math doesn't add up...

If your only allowed 100l of fuel for the race only put 100l into the car then you wont have this problem.
