For me, ABS-CBN can be considered one of the worst companies in the Philippines by producing such dissatisfying TV shows and telenovelas. Plots of the recent shows are common, repeated and are very predictable. There are many stories that could be developed from anything, especially in a country like ours where creative people exist. It would be good if the network would have a room for improvement by producing more shows which are unique and new to the eyes of the audience. Usual stories and plots suck sometimes, increasing the number of Filipinos nowadays that prefer other countries' TV shows and series more. Aside from that, many commercials in between short segments are disappointing. Although commercials are important especially in the economic aspects of the network, these could be placed in between shows in such a way that time is optimized. Another is CD-R King. Salespersons should possess a pleasing personality and must be approachable. Many customers hesitate to inquire about the products because the salesladies are so short-tempered, making them look horrible. :) It is just so unfair that people trust and patronize a company but in reality, the company itself does not try its best to give back to the audience and produce a very satisfactory products and services.

BDO has the WORST customer service ever!!! They charge their customer for almost every service! Your debit card was stolen? Sure you can replace it with a fee, since it is your fault why you're so careless and vulnerable to thieves. Want to close your account because you were misinformed about our account and the maintenance fee is just unbearable? Sure, so what? It's your decision anyway, and you're not that loss to us. You have a complaint? Yeah, let me take it so that we have something to put our butt on, orchestrate some "we-cannot-find-your-conversation-that-you-complain-about" stunt, then maybe, just "maybe" formulate a phony resolution after a bazillion years.. Added some comedic (or I think they were) elements, but believe it or not, those are my acual experiences with them.. Wanna open a savings/cc account? Try somewhere else.. BPI or wherever, just NOT BDO.. They suck better than a leech or vamps..

Maynilad must be worst next to meralco. On newly connected maynilad water system, maynilad will not bill you for the next three to four months in order to have you charged with everything they can think of at the maximum consumable. Their style , your first bill, no pre ious reading and present reasing but they will put in your bill average consumption. How will you have average where as they have no previuos and present reading? So you will have to complain, and they will tell you not to pay your present bill until your complaint is corrected. The next bill, you have consumed more than the first ten cu.m. There will be another mistake on your printed bill, say your meter number is diffrent than what you have at home. When you complain to their office the attending person will not give you complaint number or referal that you have complained about it. The third bill you will find that you have consumed so much water and they will tell you to pay as soon as possible to avoid service disconnection as they have not found any complaint before the billing period. My sister in law have complained many times and requested that her maynilad service and meter be disconnected months ago but her bill kept filling up till present on her second house wherein nobody uses the water but the meter kept on registering consumption. SHe is now 79 years old and we dont want to see her in jail in the future

BDO is over rated. Their policies are not customer friendly. They charge their customers with basically everything they could think of.
    CDR-King. Their numbering system sucks.
ABS-CBN. They practically want their televiewers to be dumb enough to watch their programs so that they could reel in huge profits. At the start of every teleserye they have, I would predict the format of the story to my wife and I am always 70 to 80% right. They just rip off the story and plot from the classic novels that their dumb audience have not read.

Cebu Pacific has the worst customer service ever!

Front liners do not possess the right mindset, heart set and skills set to respond to consumer rights with prudence, urgency and sensitivity. Absolutely ZERO quality assurance! Not facilitative at all!

For a simple ticket refund, I had to go through a wringer in submitting all the necessary documentation which none of the 15 so-called customer service representatives managed to address and rectify. PAL processed my request for refund in due course using the same documentation being asked for by CP.

What makes CP different? Whoever is managing their Customer Service Department should be given a reorientation about consumer rights and responsibilities. They are obviously NOT ALIGNED with its parent company's (the Gokongwei's) values system. Cebu Pacific's branding of customer service is walking half the mile and lip servicing the talk. They're a breed of plain idiots who just sit on complaints with nary a stitch of concern. Imagine, 15 complaint tickets and no feedback whatsoever!

Did I get my refund which was justly mine? NO!

And this is just half the story. For our guests who flew in from the US and China to attend my brother's wedding in Boracay, they were subjected to a horrifying brand of customer service!! While our guests received countless of ticket meals and coupons and were assisted with the rebooking and refund from the other airlines (due to the rescheduling of flights because of snow storm), such was never the case with Cebu Pacific.

My take on this: two words and a finger.
