Can not understand why it is so hard to believe. Anyone doing research on the country star would see how much he gives back because of the God given talent he has. He has touched so many people of all ages. He sticks to his beliefs and if shows in the music he sings. I hope someday soon more listeners will realize what a great talent he is and how well he represents not just country music, but the young people of today.

Yes I definitely think Scotty deserved this award! Scotty is highly underestimated in my opinion. The country music industry and some country fans has in its mists a talent so rare that they are missing it. Along with his incredible voice he is loaded with integrity, kindness and passion. I think in time Scotty's light will shine so bright that some will think Wow! how could I have missed this amazing talent which has been right under our noses for so long.

Sexy is such a broad term. Scotty took this fair n square..... He is a Southern gentleman raised to treat others with respect. He holds true and firm to his beliefs and has an amazing God given gift, and he is adorable! That's why he won..... He is simply, Scotty :)

Heck yeah, plaster his face everywhere, he is the face of country music. What a great super guy. I admire him so much, and in a unique way he inspires me on daily bases. Scotty's beautiful voice and his sweet sweet spirit, yep, that's my Scotty.

Why would you dis a country artist with that comment above the poll? Scotty obviously appeals to a large segment of country fans. Even if you're not a fan, makes no sense to alienate those that voted for him on the TOC poll.

It is very easy to believe Scotty won TOC hottest male and yes even taking down Luke Bryan who is sexy as well. I hope Scotty is recognized as one of the significant faces in country music. He has a great voice, is a great role model and the looks to boot. More than that he has a dedicated fan base that will never leave his side and support him from the little insignificant stuff to the big stuff-and that matters.

Not sure why Intern Bobbie can't believe the results of the Taste of Country poll. Scotty has won several sexiest polls, including being among the top 5 in the Country Weekly list of Country's sexiest men last year. He's matured from Idol days, he's got a great, witty personality including the ability not to take himself too seriously and he has that Southern charm. He's very cute, especially in person - and of course, that voice! Lots of girls find that sexy!
