The problem is the refs, if the ref won't give a foul because a player stays on his feet and if the ref can't make a decision because he didn't see it then technology is the only possible outcome. Titles are won and lost on these decisions and a clubs fortunes affected by it also. Technology should come in, it prevents diving because having extra cameras and a 5th official watching it back in real time prevents all the controversy around the issue.
