Absolutely the mother should be charged. As a mother I am of the mind set that if you put your hands on my kid, then hell yeah….I'm going to check you with whatever it takes BUT in this case I don't agree. Here is why - from what I can see, you have a spoiled brat who wanted a seat that she claimed was hers. Really brat? First come first serve so in my opinion if she came at that girl for taking her supposed seat and that little girl put an a$$ whipping on her …. than oh well. That's the risk of being a busybody bully. You want to live the bully life, then the risk is an a$$ whipping from time to time. Apparently that brat bully is the way she is because as seen in the video "Momma Bear" is always there to defend her actions whether her daughter was right or wrong. CLASSIC case of what is wrong with the youth of today. Defensive a$$ parents always defending their kids shitty behavior.

It looks like the mom was trying to break up the fight, but the little girl wouldn't stop. The other kid even quit fighting. Those are some big a$$ 13 yr olds i don't know if I was a parent trying to stop the fight and it ended up with a bigger a$$ kid turning on me I would've knocked her out also. I wish my child would act like that. See when we were growing up we didn't have these problems like we do today with kids do u know y? Because we got the fear of God put into us, we knew that if we did this we were going to get our a$$es beat when we got home.

Yes, this parent should be charged. Regarding the caller Nikki, I would really like to know what her education level is. NO GROWN WOMAN should ever make the comments and fighting a child, as she did. That was just pure ignorance! This is a prime example why our generation of how our black girls are lacking structure. So, she jumps in the fight, takes her charge as she say, and there goes my tax dollars. She is not setting a great example for her kids. With the mindset of Nikki, a woman like this won't go far. Yes, we have to protect our kids, but protecting them is also just stopping the Fight. Please inform teen girls 13-18, I'm currently working on a group called "Hear Me Out".
