I feel that there should be a peace treaty made with a few of the countries allies. The treaty should state that "Kashmir should be a part of India to be governed by Pakistan till the time there is perfect governance. One mis-governance, and the entire treaty remains cancelled and after that if there are any violations of law like terrorism etc then Pakistan will be attacked in the International Court of Law."
Lets give them a chance with the main knot in India's hand as it is mostly a part of our country.

Its sheer stupidity even to have options like 'Give the valley to Pakistan and keep Jammu and Ladakh' or 'Give away Kashmir and watch the fun'. Its very sad that the people of Kashmir have to suffer because of pseudo-secular media & ruthless, selfish and disgraceful politicians who purposely doesn't want to solve the Kashmir issue. These useless people are only interested in dividing our beautiful country. Kashmir is & will always be an integral part of India. The only solution to solve the Kashmir problem is to forcefully occupy POK & COK and if need arises even parts of Pakistan.

NewsLaundry missed out on the best option , which is - To give Kashmir the same status as the rest of the country. Remove the special status because that has benefited only the political class, not the masses. Our dolt politicians are scared that if ever the Kashmir issues resolves what the hell will they have to discuss? Plus a lot of other things will come up which have been buried for over 2 decades now. I as a Kashmiri Pandit am proud to be an Indian so nobody should ever tell me i'm less than my freedom.
People should have an issue with the policies and the policy makers of India at that time that led to this problem and not the people who were/are affected. This is a secular nation and NOBODY just nobody can ever tell any citizen from any part of the country to move outside!!!
I feel disgusted to see people vote for things like - Give away Kashmir. How about giving up Arunachal Pradesh, Parts of Sikkim and Tamil Nadu too ?
State the same argument when your homes are taken, your women are raped and your folks are killed!!

the amount of money india spends on the deployment of army personnel and taking the blame for the mistakes of kashmiri politicians sounds stupid just to keep a picturesque valley under its control
its better to spend that money in other parts of the country where they need it the most!!
Best solution is not possible until article 370 is there.

The real solution is not given in the options; allow all the benefits and laws to be similarly applicable in J&K as in rest of India and remove restrictions on mingling of people from other parts of the country.. and within few years they will realize what they have been missing till now.
