My comment is always this...if you speed and kill someone, the cameras take a pretty picture, but doesn't stop the accident...police on the road stopping a motorist do. Plus the benefit of a motorist having a chance to explain. Also there are far too many
different speed zones and changes to speeds on one road..bring back 60km/h everywhere and it will be
much easier for everyone. If you think you can get road deaths down to zero you are kidding yourself because the biggest killer is inattention, and you can't photograph that!!!!

I think all you have to do is look at the road toll has that dropped at the same rate that revenue had risen.
