I think it is important to have computer skills because library clients are buying tablets and asking how to use Overdrive to get access to the e-books. In filling out this survey, I lopped off the extreme answers and gave the answer that played to the average numbers of library customers.

I agree with Rolf; I think it's implied that being in the 10% group means you are able to assist patrons with any level of technology questions. Seems like having this as an option might confuse some people (it certainly confused me a bit).

Sorry, because my brain is somewhat wired to look at things in a particular way, I think the "all of the above" choice should be removed from the list because you don't have the option to be in both the 100% and 25%. I think it's pretty much implied that if you are in the 10% group you are also in the the 25% and 100% groups.
