Actually its lucky that Oliver is good at convincing people , he knows the exact sentence of the moment with which he is able to attract the person at that moment ... He makes them feel they are special for him ... Thats something charismatic about this guy ... Honestly Oliver may have chemistry with all the female leads in Arrow but I donno I always felt his real connection was with only one person !! Now when you read this for the first time and the first person who comes to your mind is actually the women of his life ... And i would bet dollars to donuts you would always end up thinking Laurel noticing the words "real connection" ... Ofcourse if its green arrow , it must be black canary his soul mate .. Wish it goes that way as similar to DC comics database and not because some fans wanted Oliver and Felicity crap .. Definitely it wasnt good to bring Tommy in between Oliver and Laurel ... And ofcourse not making him remember either of them or Sara while dropping down from the cliff ..
