I have used the app a baby could do it u follow the prompts if u have concerns ring up how is it hard and confusing to use? The judge should have tested all this out and seen that it wasn't hard to us

The online renewal system is fabulous, easy & quick. Surely this is an easy fix with a tick box for "different postal address".
