Dave Van Horn has had the best chance at a national championship but hasn't delivered. He's in a sport that doesn't have the most popularity so he doesn't have the best competition. He has been at it a long time so he's had time to build a program. He's had great facilities and it's in the SEC. What more does he need? I've seen him make terrible coaching decisions year after year. It's frustrating to watch. In years past he's had his batters swinging away early in a game when the count was 3 and 0. He should have had them taking pitches in an attempt to get opposing starting pitchers in trouble. I will admit that he's doing better at that this year but try to find fault with Mike Anderson.
