Leave the assistant coaches. Get rid of Eakins. There's the problem. You can tell he has our players messed up. He's not capable to lead an NHL team.

Oilers special teams are a huge weakness....with no-one capable of improving them we will be back at 29th next year.
There are several excellent people now available, with proven records, both as players and coaches like Adam Oates who could coach the power play and offer face-off coaching for our group who sadly lack skill in the dot area.
Get some new people back there to support Eakins as I believe MacT will give him another entire year as HC
