It sure is cheating IMO. Just caught my girlfiend/mother of my 4 yr. old son having this kind of relationship with a guy at nursing school. I never suspected it as I am very trusting. I don't believe she was cheating sexually or I hope not but 2600 texts in a month for months was found and that is just CRAZY! She said he is a married man who is happily married with kids. I didnt care. It has started some serious issues for me to deal with. I called the guy and he said it was just friends. I contacted his wife and she said the same thing. Although that was through facebook. Not sure how much I believe that one. His was was aware of the relationship they had but I never heard the guys name before. Well rant over. Put the damn phone away before you it gets out of control people!!!

I had to deal with this with my husband and another woman. It got so bad I called her husband and informed him of the problem. From the time my husband woke up till he went to bed they would text. She would call when I was not home etc. they started to meet she even brought her daughter to one of their meetings. And the whole time my husband said they were just friends. I knew there was more because you don't text a friend that much. I had copies of the cell phone bills to prove it. It even showed dates, and times they text. Their texting was more then what my 3 kids texted in a month combined. So yes it is cheating and you need to call them on it.
