The court had given him two choices after he couldn't presents the proof about his statement about N Gadkari, 1st he fill the bond or go to jail, in these type of cases the alleged can fill the bond and continue the case same or in higher version that is not the end of case, and the 2nd option is go to jail , simple you have to choose one of among two , when AK self goes for 2nd option why AAP volntrs are noising, this shows that it is happening for only to get the attention of Media, which also his well followers earliers now they become as " PAID MEDIA" as per AAP vlnteers saying for them after losing and rejecting by Voters in LS elections, It all is only happening for only delhi, only ,

व्यवस्था परिवर्तन यही है जिसमें न्याय होता हुआ भी दिखे । वर्तमान न्यायपालिक व्यवस्था में औपचारिकता ज्यादा है व्यावहारिकता कम इसे बदलने की जरुरत है ।
केजरीवाल को इस व्यवस्था को चुनौती देना चाहिए । यूँ बार बार तमाशा खड़ा करने से कोई समाधान नहीं निकलने वाला उल्टा जनता के बीच छवि ख़राब होगी ।

दोस्तों मेरे एक मित्र ने कहा की केजरीवाल जी ने जमानत लेना स्वीकार नहीं किया।ऐसे में उन्हें जेल जाना ही था......।
सच्चाई जानिए :---
ये बात सही है कि कोर्ट के नियमों के मुताबिक अरविंद सर को जमानत नहीं भरने पर जेल जाना ही था।परन्तु सवाल ये है कि ये न्याय अरविंद के साथ ही क्यों हुआ।देश में बहुत से नेताओं पर इस प्रकार के मानहानि के केस चल रहें है।ऐसे अधिकांश मामलों में नेता जमानत नहीं करवाते क्यों कि ये नेताओ के लिये एक प्रतिष्ठा का प्रश्न होता है।ऐसे में नेता केवल तारीख पे जाते हैं जमानत नहीं लेते।
गिरफ्तारी केवल उसी सूरत मे होती है जब मुलजिम लगातार कई तारीखों पे अनुपस्थित रहता है।।
ऐसे में अरविंद सर को जेल भेजना जो कि एक राज्य के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री है केवल राजनीतिक दुराग्रह से प्रेरित है जो कि न्यायपालिका की विश्वसनीयता पर गंभीर प्रश्न खड़े करता है।।।
देश के सभी आम आदमीयों को चाहिए कि इसके विरुद्ध आवाज उठाये।।

I think AK is right in choosing Jail rather than Signing Bail Bond. He did as were previously done by Gandhi G and Mandela (south Africa) on moral
grounds! This is noteworthy that he
was jailed because because he put Gutkari on top list of corrupt people while Modi termed Kejriwal a Pak Agent and he could not prove his claim.
Former Information Minister Manish Tiwari quickly apologised to Gadkari as he had sensed that Congress was loosing the election!

His stand is absolutely right. He is not a criminal. He is fighting against corruption. Whole country knows that Nitin Gadkari is one in the most corrupt persons. Corrupt ko corrupt kehna galat kaishey ho sakta hai.Bhrastachar ke khilaf ladne wale jail ke ander - Bhrastachariyon ko mantrimandal. Jai ho!!@ achchey din aa gaye.....

बच्चो को नौकरी नहीं मिलेगी.....तो अरविन्द याद आएगा......
जब ये भ्रष्ट अफसर हर सरकारी कार्यालय में घुस मांगेंगे.....तो
अरविन्द याद आएगा.......
जब टीवी पर नए-नए घोटाले से देश को लूटते
देखोगे......तो अरविन्द याद आएगा................................
जब आपका सुपर-डुपर हिट नेता आपकी समस्यायों पर ध्यान
नहीं देगा.....तो अरविन्द याद आएगा.....
जब बेवजह ट्रैफिक वाला आपका चालान काटेगा......तो अरविन्द
याद आएगा.....
जब राशन कार्ड बनाने के लिए सरकारी सिस्टम आपको चक्कर
काटने के लिए मजबूर करेगा.....तो अरविन्द याद आएगा.....
जब भ्रष्ट पुलिस वाले आपकी जायज FIR लिखने से मना कर
देंगे.....तो अरविन्द याद आएगा......
जब इन्साफ के लिए कोर्ट के दरवाजे बंद हो जायेंगे.....तो अरविन्द
याद आएगा......
जब कोई नेता Z सिक्यूरिटी से बाहर आकर आपसे मिलने को तैयार
नहीं होगा......तब अरविन्द याद आएगा.......
लेकिन हिम्मत ना हारना.....फिर भी अरविन्द
आपको यहीं मिलेगा.....आप लोगो के बीच.....किसी भ्रष्ट
सिस्टम से लड़ता हुआ......और तब हो सके तो उसका साथ दे||
