I judge by who's music I'd purchase and Alex my choice but enjoyed all.

I wanted Jenna to win but you know what, in the end America voted for Caleb to win so I agree, let the guy enjoy his career and Jenna and even some of the others because of the exposure they received on American Idol, they too will have a good career, some of them were very good and I believe they all worked very hard to get where they ended up. All of you, follow your dreams and stick with it. The judges, I love you all, I think you're doing a great job and Randy I'm so happy you're still involved with the show, you're a good mentor and a faithful asset to American Idol. I've heard rumors the show was going to end, please don't. There's so much trash on TV today that I just look forward to the music shows.

After all the seasons I've watched, this was the worse! I had no "favorites" and Caleb did a lot of yelling and screaming. He could not sing! I totally agree with Cindee! I love the judges, especially Harry but I don't think I'll be watching next season. Songs chosen, for the most part, I've never heard before - or of those I knew, they were unrecognizable when the contestant got thru with it!

Caleb should not have won. He did a lot of screaming. yelling could not understand his singing, As for Jenna, I did not like her changing a wonderful mans song, Elvis Presley. otherwise I thought she was best, at least she wasn,t yelling and screaming, and you could understand her words.
The voting public are not always good judges of people that sing. There are not many people that have won on Idol or The Voice, who have had a successful sing career. It's usually some in the top ten.

My opinion: I did not see a stand out performer in the ones that made it or did not make it. This year. I think last year was even worse. I don' t see personality in the contestants that make it to the finals and they will need personality to be succeful. I will at least keep up with the show but I'm no ready for it to be cancelled. I wish both contestant much success

This is America's choice, so yes the right person won according to America. This is rude and I hold PARADE MAGAZINE above this. This is cruel and a below the belt hit. I know that JLO tried everything to push Jena as the winner but Caleb won so let it be. Was he the one I wanted in the beginning out of all of them maybe not but he won now let him enjoy the ride without this kind of bullying from a well respected magazine. Shame on you, you know better!

I think the voters chose, if voting on contest on the level. I think the judges were somewhat partial to Alex, whom I never thought would be a winner...
Caleb was entertaining, a performer, whatever he sang...he was wild, enthusiastic, but an entertaining performer, professional, confident....
that is what they want in a winner. I have watched too many of these shows to think different.

I knew Caleb should win when I wasn't even in the room and heard him sing on May 2! He's awesome.
