It's government, not a charity; a deal's a deal and they should have collected the money

Talk about making a mountain of a mole hill - contracts get broken all the time. It's just business

I'm not really concerned either way; there are probably similar deals all the time we don't know about

There were only two options, and the department went with the one they thought was best. Why is this such a big deal?
