I have never seen an officer pull over a car that has been in the left lane with NO thoughts of getting in the right. EVER! Minimum speed signs are posted on major roads but NO ONE pays attention. Yet the police will pull over and ticket a person who has a religious medal hanging on a mirror! Those Sunday drivers think no one in the world is on the road except themselves nor is anyone in a hurry. I have been enroute to the hospital with an ambulance in front of me, sirens going. Those nuts will pull out from the curb with no idea that maybe they should look for traffic. They enrage me and their total lack of regard for any other driver.
