My three favorite films of '92 - Fire Walk with Me, Last of the Mohicans, and Glengarry Glen Ross - are all MIA! The Long Day Closes and The Last Bolshevik are up there for me as well though. Never a huge fan of this Tarantino (I like Pulp Fiction a lot more) so I hope the Marker comes from behind to best it (though I threw my vote away on "other"). Doesn't help that this was the year QT made some infamously snide remarks about Lynch!
