    very frustrating, not able to re apply for discount online. then when to t mobile store and they state we need to provide a pay statement - violating many hippa policies

    I made the mistake of trying one more time to verify. It struck me that T-mobile did not have the ability to even set up the box to enter the phone number. It shows the format over the box "XXX-XXX-XXXX" but when you enter, you have to enter a space for "-" between the groups. Mom and Pop companies do a better job with their web designs. Still not qualified.

    Why do you require someone who is Retired to re-verify. To stop being Retired, they usually have to die.
    I tried 3 times to verify. At first I did not know my account number. I never see the automatic pay bill. I called you and got it. When I tried to send the information, nothing happened. I called again and confirmed the number. I tried to get in again; nothing happens. Now you know why I do not like this waste of my time. It will be worth my time to shop for a new provider.

    Ridiculous. Can not log in, can not get help at a T Mobile store, and can not get help on line. You need to fix this process T Mobile1

    This is the same stupid site it was last year. It won't let you in and it always says it can't find you, no matter how long you have been a customer with T-Mobile. I think if they do this long enough they will discourage everyone from trying and get rid of all of their discounts. They are starting to work like ATT as they don't seem to care about their customers and are not interested in keeping them.

    I've been a customer for 4 months, this is the hardest phone company to get my teacher discount .I'm very disappointed in the service I've received. I'm a teacher at Onslow county schools.
    If I can get some help this way I would be a very happy special ed teacher! Thank you.

    I have five lines with you all been with this company for ten year you all took off my discount I called when recieved my letter by mail and I either way my discount was taken away what is going on

    There is no customer service number to call for troubleshooting. I have three t-mobile accounts and one declared ineligible for no reason, and one is just overlooked, and no one is available to correct the problem. No one at t-mobile has an explanation.
