I think trains make a lot more noise in the area - why would someone buy a $350K house in an area where they KNOW there is an airport and has been for a long time, then complain! I live behind some train tracks, and I knew there would be train noises.

Mexican Circus music from the beaners is the most annoying thing in longmont.

Perhaps Mile-Hi skydiving's campaign to send out their mean spirited sarcastic bumper stickers to local homeowners has backfired! "I love Airplane Noise!" What a great business member to have in a community of $350k+ houses! Well, I hope they love local politicians being voted in to make their business more difficult to operate!

Glad they pulled the plug on this poll. Obviously they detected fraud.
The City of Longmont and Boulder County officials use their planes often, they are here to stay, despite your obsessive behavior and deceitful actions.

I can believe that 300 people voted for the sky-diving planes as the most annoying during this past weekend. The planes were constant and I even saw one flying southeast over Loews and the Rec center. I thought that the planes were supposed to stay within the boundaries of their zone. Loews and Rec center are outside those boundaries.
Personally, I have a mixed emotions concerning the planes. I love the draw they bring to Longmont. I love the sense of "specialness" that is increased by this particular business, but , living 5 miles from the airport, but still in their flight box, which extends roughly from HWY 36 on the west to HWY 287 on the east and south to HWY 52, I get tired of the constant droning of those planes.
I just wish the owner was more motivated to quieting his plans.

Most people couldn't tell a Sky Diving Plane from any other kind. Especially not 300 people from Longmont. Like Monkey said, this poll's a total joke.

Obviously, this has been corrupted by the 6 people who hate Mile-Hi. I don't believe for a second over 300 people think their airplanes are the most annoying sound, especially when all the mysterious votes came over the weekend. What a joke, almost as funny as the quiet skys people themselves. Your obsession is clear to everyone, time to get a professional diagnosis, and possibly some medication. Trying to manipulate a meaningless poll is not the way to recovery, you have severe mental problems that need to be addressed.

I lived at 3rd and Gay St. and now live off of Airport Rd, in the flight path of aircraft, and able to observe and hear the Mile High jumpers and palnes up close. The motorcycles, trucks and cars at 3rd and Gay, where by far more bothersome than air traffic, and Mile High jump planes. Vance Brand is a very bust General Aviation Airport, lots of traffic in and out. I'm fine with it. That kind of noise makes sence. The noise from "want to be heard" vehicle owners is just that, noise.
