When I need a break from dancing I
Reconnect with my family. They never see me!
Hang with my non-dance buds. It's refreshing to be around them.
Take yoga or go for a run. I like to keep moving even when I'm taking a break.
Take time for myself. Sometimes I just need some quiet.
