Still keep her high school amateur status like this year and run for high school (including state meets), but jump in pro races unattached often in order to run fast times.
Wait until she graduates high school next spring before considering to turn pro.
Wait until she graduates college to turn pro and instead compete/develop with college program, coach, and team.
Turn pro this summer, sign a shoe company sponsorship contract, & join with pro coach and training group.
