    In this country you can say anything you'd like. That is your constitutional right. You can also be held liable for anything that you say. Love your shows. Rick

    The media , the public , and the (NBA) want to condemn an 80 year old man for a comment he makes to his girl friend in private , and the media publicizes it , and we let a 17-18 year old senior in high school makes a comment on a public network that can destroy someone's career and he wants to be compensated for what the media publicizes , because he said I am sorry.
    There's something wrong with our system.

    The kid made a comment that could have cost the teacher her career. Has anybody googled her name to see if child molestation is associated with her name. If anybody should be given compensation it is the teacher. If he made a stupid remark he should pay the consequence of his action. If he is lucky enough to be cleared of any charges he should be happy and just keep his "BIG MOUTH" shut.
