Of course their is a reason to marry. Whilst it is definitely a choice and not needed in the 21st century. My partner recently became my husband - we are both in our 30s and never had any thoughts or intentions to get married until we met each other!! After 3 years we wanted to have a celebration of our relationship with our loved ones and to tell the world that this is the person I intend to be with forever!
