Are you optimistic about what Premier Kathleen Wynne might accomplish over the next four years?

The woman is scary. Thanks idiotic Toronto. Just emailed Christine Elliot. Will do anything to get her elected. Mmmmm should I suggest liar tactics like the liberals to win?

Just a sour situation all around.

Yes. I am definitely optimistic about what Kathleen Wynne might accomplish, compared to the damage Tim Hudak would have wrought, or whatever it is Andrea Horvath wanted to do.

I cant believe the idiotic Ontario voters voted for this garbage Liberal government - with a majority government to boot. $2 Billion wasted or stolen on the ORNGE fiasco and another $1billion wasted on a gas plant closure. Not to mention all the dollars spent on e -health disaster. Way to go Ontario morons - you're getting exactly what you deserve: Kathleen the crook Wynne is now in power for 4 more years with a majority - Lord help us.

The liberals were elected with about 40% of the popular vote, so this survey makes sense. No one has changed their minds in the last couple of weeks. Also, a lot of people see politics as a pick the least bad option. So when just presented with "Is this option good" there are people who would always answer no.
As to F.McCallum, while I agree that eye exams and other preventative care should be encouraged, rather than delisted, the question about term limits confuses me. To my knowledge has there ever been a term limit set on political parties. Term limits are on individuals and only on the top spot. It wouldn't make sense to say the PCs couldn't win the next federal election. How would you do that? Tell 7 MPs that they won by the least margin so they don't get to represent their riding or however many it would take to make the NDP or Liberals have more seats than them? Or would you have the second place party try to form a government with fewer seats than the loyal opposition? Or would you disband a party for an election and M.P.s would have to run as independents? As to the spot of Premier, this is the first election that Wynn has run as leader of the Liberal party and she's only been Premier for a year, so I don't see how term limits could have any bearing in the current provincial arena. You could say Harper and Chretien should have been made to step down as party leader after the disassembly of parliament after their 7th year or some other limit. However, since party leaders also need to be elected members of their assembly would you make it so that a long time leader of the opposition could not become premier or prime minister? Or could a premier or prime minister of a party that is losing popularity not be the leader of the opposition?

We must take back and re-open Kingston Penn, mainly for those government and white color criminals, politicians should not be above the law, if they commit the crime they must do the time. I don't see democracy being applied in Canada and USA

At least I know that I did not vote for that woman. I went to my Liberal campaign office to ask 18 pages of questions and got no answers. Also remember that it was thev liberal's who delisted eye exams, chiro, physio theraphy. Also why are there not term limits for all levels of government

Well Toronto, you got what you wished for by voting in Wynne for four years and only two weeks later, seems like you are regretting it. Too bad the rest of the province saw right through her scare tactics and fear-mongering campaign ads. Almost 60% of people on this site think she's not going to accomplish what she set out to do. Surprise, we are in deep debt since the Liberals are spending like a bunch of drunken sailors. You didn't see that two weeks ago???? Too bad now Toronto. At least smarten up in October and don't vote for Olivia Chow. You can save face and vote someone who wont tax the life out of Toronto.
