This state government has just halved the Seniors cost of living rebate from July 1st and from July 1st they have given themselves a pay rise. Give us a break. We all know mr Barnett is out of touch! Shame on them all

How about we have less of these oxygen thieves and pay higher salaries. Do you honestly think we would get better representatives. At the moment us poor taxpayers have sent them all off for a nice holiday to warm countries on so called on fact finding missions with extra spending money. God help this country we don't deserve them. Bill .

Well after mismanagement of the mining boom, losing the AAA credit rating and they get a pay rise., think not deserved. Cutting back on awards to pensioners who really need it. Why not give the same % to the firemen,Police and nurses they deserve it more than the Politicians.

It is just wrong wrong wrong. Pay rise ok, but why not in line with inflation or better still adopt the sensible attitude /approach that the Fireies & Police did given we ALL have to carry the load.
No wonder Pollies are ALL on the nose as are all the senior Public Servants who get this rise as well

All got their heads in the trough, no honour at all amongst these thieves. I would have thought at least one would have had the common decency to say "I'll fore go my pay rise while everybody else is doing it tough" or " I'll donate my pay rise to the children with cancer" Why we bother voting for this lot I don't know.
