It seems reasonable; after all, you can't do a home reno these days without incurring extra costs

Anxious; the costs now are about $2 billion more than the initial estimate 4 years ago, and we're not done yet

I'm so skeptical about Nalcor and Muskrat Falls, I don't trust the numbers they hand out
