...unless we cease requiring parents to immunize, send their children to school; many other requirements, why shouldn't parents be forced to maximize their children's health by all means available? Libertarians don't have answers to these questions, because no one knows which statutes ought to be in place.
If parents own their children, by law, then they do have the obligation to maximize their children's health by all means.
