What's your favorite way to exercise?
I'm with you--yoga (pilates counts, too)
Crossfit, where I can get my butt kicked
Running or walking, so long as I'm moving
Competitive sports so my mind is engaged too
Swimming for the full body work out
Zumba, DDR or good old fashioned cutting a rug (aka dancing, for those youngsters out there)
Something on wheels--biking, skating, and/or skateboarding
