Police believe decibel meters would make it easier to stop excessive noise from motorcycles. Thoughts?

Proper thing; exceeding sound limits is, after all, what the real problem is

Not really necessary; the law already makes it illegal to remove baffles, and that should be enough

Hold your horses; as motorcycle riders say, this so-called noise actually improves safety for everyone, especially pedestrians
