Every day I get up I make a decision NOT to use heroin (or any other illegal drugs) and have for 50 some years. Not hard & most people can do that. If people are stupid enough to use illegal drugs after all the messages they are dangerous I really could care less let them die as that is often the price and they are funding organized crime & terrorism buying the stuff.

This is a problem that takes care of itself. Just that many less people who get a tax payer funded high from all of these worthless Methadone clinics that have been popping up in recent years.
