What does Hamilton's hot housing market mean to you?

I'm renting and worried about being able to afford my first home.

I hope to move to cash in.

I moved here because of the attractive prices compared to elsewhere in the GTA.

I'm worried about the impact on my taxes.

It's exciting to see my house value rise, but I like where I am.
