We are living in a bubble economy, if you were going to buy a house you buy during the downturns not when prices are rising. And owning is EXPENSIVE and you and then stuck and your options become limited.
Invest in yourself, save money... as owning property next to marrying the wrong woman was the worst financial and emotional decision I ever made. And UNLESS you need the place (it has a shop you work out of, etc... a house is a money pit) this is not the 1960's.
