I believe It would be nice to work 3 days a week you would get more downtime but unless the pay got distributed equally then no. If you get paid 9.00 an hour and went from a 40 hour work week to a 30 hour work week you would lose about 360 dollars a month... For most people that is a car payment or even rent or their electricity and gas... You would have to raise pay if you cut down hours
