A lot of people have suggested that the Dwarven miner deck would be good, and I would guess so, but there are few rather beneficial cards for the Dwarrowdelf Campaign that are specificaclly for Dwarves. I am not sure about the miners, as they make me feel strange throwing away cards, but at the same time, finishing as quickly as possible is usually the best way to actually win. I think that is why there are more points for more turns, but I never bother with the points.
