What is the ideal way for immunization registries to be run?
They should continue being completely state-run, and only accessible within the state in which they are established
They should be state-run, but all states should be interconnected so that providers in other states can view the records
There should be a national immunization registry, run by the CDC or other government entity
The best solution is for all medical records, including immunizations, to be maintained in a national health records system
