Any dancers out there? I wanted to know how many of you were able to dance within 3 or so months after the surgery. By dance, I'm referring to any type of dance involving hopping, going slightly up on the toes for pivots, etc. (i.e., not ballet). I also teach Zumba twice a week and hope to go back to it at some point! Thanks!
