Is changing half the coaching staff &'hiring an analytics guy BS talk to you? Some of it is talk, some of it is action. Collectively it's encouraging, at least to me.

Just for the record... Eakins was horrible! He's proven absolutely nothing! Team got worse with better players.I can't stand his coaching and decisions thus far. Let's hope he gets better. Another 3 yrs ! I'll support because he's here now but I need to see results not BS talk like the article desribes of eakins above.
