Should California create a separate marketplace for vision insurance?
Yes. Doing so would increase residents' access to vision care.
No. Doing so would result in duplicative coverage and premiums and increase associated costs.
Not sure. California should take steps to increase access to vision care, but integrating the coverage into Covered California might be a better step.
