OMG ... It has to be Timothy Olyphant. I'm so bummed , last season of JUSTIFIED.... He is a Awesome actor, easy on the eyes. I absolutely Love the show and all the actors . Please don't stop on season 6 !!!!!

Well we have to remember too though we like lots of shows Best Actor this year goes to one person and I have no arguments . Bryan Cranston. I love Americans and Bates Motel but this year is about honoring the final season of Breaking Bad, it will win and there is no reason it shouldn't sweep all awards. There final season was nothing short of best ever.
I cast my vote for Timothy Olyphant, i have loved him in everything he has been in, Catch and Release, I am #4, The Perfect Getaway, Hitman, and most of all- Justified. Justified is my very favorite and I have all seasons on DVD, I am crushed that since Elmore Lenord passaway, they have given up on the series, claim that they only planed to take it out over 6 years, I am sure they all get tired of wearing the same ole hat, LOL, but damn, like the X-Files, once a fan always a fan. Either way, Timothy is one hell of an actor and really likes to be funny more than serious, sure makes a terrific lawman. Would love to see him and Walton Goggins play in a remake of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, what a picture!

Timothy Olyphant is the greatest actor to come along since John Wayne.
So glad to see Tom Mison on the list. So many wrote Sleepy Hollow off before it was even on the air, but his brilliant performance, along with Nicole Beharie and the rest of the stellar cast, are what made it the surprise hit of last season.
Timothy Oliphant, Charlie Hunman, James Spader, all excellent in their roles, may the best man win. In fact, all of these nominees are well worth the nomination.
Tim Olephant is the Winner. Best Actor on TV. Wish they would continue Justified instead of ending it after the next season. Best program on TV.
Every one of them are such good actors but, to be honest, Freddie kills it! Definitely my fave. Cute little psycho!

James Spader is just James Spadering all over the place. It's what he does--very well, mind you, but hardly a stretch for him.
The truly eye-opening and astonishing performance, the truly "Where did HE come from?" sit-up-and-take-notice performance this season was without doubt Tom Mison in Sleepy Hollow. Spader couldn't pull off what Mison does in that role. None of these other guys could.

they are all wrong. The winner is Tim Olephant. He is nothing like the part he plays and he does it so so well. On top of being the best actor he is also the best looking. If you are old like me it is very nice to find a program with the best stories and actors and the handsomest one is on your favorite.
