The only reason you would ever vote for somebody other than Pedro Pascal is if you haven't watched the show. He took what could have been a one denominational and bland character and made the audience love him. He did in only a couple episodes what most actors can't do in a couple seasons.
Pedro Pascal deserved it all the way and he actually deserved to win. He kicked ass, was very charismatic, had some great emotional scenes and was a very complicated and diverse character who became a fan favorite right away. How did he not get nominated?
Michael Pitt is a great and also deserved a nomination, but it was a bit too much like copying the Joker for him to win over Pedro. The Breaking Bad guy was good too.
Walton Goggins definitely did not deserve it. People like the character because he's a bad ass red neck on everything he's on, and he plays a she-male in this show. Everyone loves a she-male (ask Orange is the New Black). He's good in it but not at all worth nominating, maybe if the character was being written on a different show and not from Sons of Anarchy, who will do a good character no favors with their writing.
The Greys Anatomy guy, are you kidding me? He's a great actor but why is he even on this list for that?

My vote goes to "Michael pitt" (even if Pedro Pascal was incredible in GoT) simply because he delivered a performance of a lifetime in Hannibal, he was sensational !! Episode 11 of season 2 has the most disturbing but yet funniest scene in Hannibal and he was fantastic.
Such bulls**t he was not even nominated for the Emmy !!
